Hello, my nama is Rabiyatul i have 4 years experience working in Starbucks. I would like to change the work to gain more experience and how do we cooperate with another company. I love to meet a new customer everyday and treat them well. The connecting was make me feel that my workplace as my second home. I am feel welcoming and feel better everyday. I gain more knowledge especially about coffee and how to treat customer better. For me customer the number one. As a person for me you have this princip especially we facing the different customer everyday. “Customer always right but if customer also a human being they also make mistake if our customer wrong make they clear about their mistakes which is we need to explain or we need to clear the customer if they are wrong.
