R S & L MARINE SDN BHD, is the submarine fibre optic cable & power cable services company in Malaysia. It was established on 1991 by Capt. Joe Hiew Heng Foo. Our company had since 1994 focused on submarine telecom cable installation and maintenance works and commence submarine power cable works in 1996. We have been servicing our clients around Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Vietnam, where mostly in Asean region.

 

We have the necessary and requisite expertise to ensure the growth and advancement in the field of submarine works. Our flexibility, diversity, expertise and vast experiences in the industry has positioned our company as the committed, confident and trusted provider of unique engineering solutions and services in the subsea cable industry. We are currently expanding our working capabilities to marine and land drilling works.
