This is my second time working in an educational institution, and I prefer working here because of the rewarding nature of the work and the challenges my team and I face in building up the college's reputation. Queens College, despite being new, has many advantages such as its strategic location, excellent facilities, and a wide range of courses. We have received positive feedback from students and the community. The college also provides great facilities for both staff and students, making it a comfortable place to work. However, I have encountered issues with my salary, as it is lower than what I had hoped for.

The best workplace offers a good allowance and efficient management. The job culture is excellent and the most enjoyable part of the job is being close to the workplace and having your own transport. There are opportunities to learn more, but the hardest part of the job is yet to be determined.
