Quantum Water Heaters Sdn Bhd. The manufacturers of ecogen heat recovery system and heat pumps, was established in Malaysia in 2002 under a joint venture of Linear Corporation with QES Australia. The original technology is from Australia where the inventor spent more than ten years developing the design. QWH then spent more than three years further developing the product together with a renowned air con manufacturer to ensure a safe and reliable product.

In 2007, the current shareholder took over the ownership from Linear Corporation.  

 

As worldwide energy costs become expensive, ecogen products are being progressively developed where today the name ecogen is now recognized as the most energy efficient heat recovery hot water systems available. ecogen products are exported to 22 different countries and are used in major international hotels, commercial buildings, schools, clubs, restaurants, retirement homes, motels and residential homes in cities and remote locations.
