Ensure all safety protocols align with OSHA or other relevant safety standards.
To support the development of Occupational, Health and Safety policies and programs.
To assist relevant parties to conduct the SHE monitors or inspection.
To assist in conducting any HSE training programs, activities, or promotions at workplace.
To assist in providing related supporting documents for any internal and external audit.
To assist in accident investigation, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease that happened at workplace.
Maintain and update records SH for internal and government authorities' inspection.
Monitor all First Aid and fire equipment items in office and production on availability, accessibility and completeness.
Enforce on PPE compliance and issuance of safety violation notice if failing to comply.
Setup, schedule and prepare minutes meeting for safety committee meeting, as well as emergency response teams.
To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ SKM/ diploma / in occupational health and safety, or a related field.
Have working experience with at least 1 years working experience in related field.
Passes the OSH Coordinator Training Program will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and multi-task.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Working well in a team.
