PIV was incorporated on 3 June 2011, PIV is a 50:50 joint venture between Khazanah and Temasek, will develop wellness projects in Iskandar Malaysia.

 

PIV is currently located at Anchor 6 Mall of Medini, 4 Lebuh Medini Utara, *9200 Nusajaya, Johor Bahru.

 

The development, Afiniti Medini, is located between Mall of Medini and the proposed Gleneagles Hospital.
