It was beneficial that we were encouraged to communicate any challenges to our supervisors in order to find more efficient solutions, rather than simply complaining and doing nothing. Additionally, when faced with issues beyond my control, such as redundant tasks or poor timing management by supervisors, upper management, including the CEO, were receptive to my concerns and actively worked to find solutions. This occurred multiple times. The pay was fair for the hours worked. The colleagues were fantastic, and I enjoyed working with them and interacting with members of other teams.
