I have been employed for 12 years and worked for four companies before joining Prometric Malaysia. Although I have since moved on from Prometric, I have only now had the opportunity to write a review. They were the best employers I have had in all my years of working. They prioritize their employees and listen to their feedback, but they also expect employees to work hard. They are fair, invest a lot of time in training and career development, and have excellent working facilities.

The job involved answering calls from test takers and enrolling them. It was discovered that Americans have to take numerous tests to progress. The management was innovative and encouraged fun activities during and after work. The workplace was lively with many young employees. The most challenging aspect of the job was the overnight shift, which became exhausting over time. However, receiving compliments from test takers who passed their exams was rewarding.
