• Experience in central kitchen
catering
food manufacturing or large-volume production preferred.
• Meat/butchery experience is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Malay/Asian cuisine is advantageous.
• Able to handle high-volume food production.
• Knowledge of food hygiene
HACCP/GMP and Halal practices preferred.
• Strong hands-on production skills.
• Able to supervise and train junior production staff.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment.
