Polymer Applications (M) Sdn Bhd. a subsidiary of Polymer International, located in Kota Kemuning, is a specialist in the manufacture and installation of Polygard and Ecogard high performance epoxy and polyurethane protective coating systems for industrial floors, walls and roofs; servicing a wide spectrum of facilities and industries.

We are well established with subsidaries in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China with the manufacturing base in Malaysia, synergistically supporting commercial and industrial flooring projects across South East Asia - Phillippines, North Korea, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Mauritius to name a few.

History

Incorporated in 1989 in Singapore, Polymer International started off as an applicator of floor and wall coatings for the building and marine industries and have since concentrated on epoxy floor systems for industrial floors, vinyl ester lining systems, corrosion and waterproofing systems for concrete and metal roofs; servicing a wide spectrum of facilities and industries.

In 1992, its first wholly owned subsidiary was set up in Malaysia, based in Shah Alam, Selangor and later on, in 1995, another branch office was set up in Johor, south of Peninsula Malaysia to cater to increasing demands for such services. 1995 also saw the establishment of our in-house manufacturing facility in Shah Alam, Selangor, enabling us to offer single source responsibility service on all epoxy flooring products and installation.
