Overview

Established in 2009, Principle of Design first specialized in design consultancy. From this position we were to recognize the opportunity for design and built to interior fit-out. Then, expanded into company namely, POD Resources Sdn Bhd, incorporated in 2016. Adding to our valuable clients' demands and supports, we have expand our services to design consultancy, design and built, interior fit-out, product sourcing locally and oversea, architectural acoustics, acoustic consultation and design, sound and noise control, carpentry, painting and sculpture, total building m&e solution and many other tailored services related to design and construction.

We are based in Kajang, Selangor

We are based in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor (Effective July 2023)

Experiences 

We have been priviledged to have had the opportunity to serve VVIP for the past years and are extremely proud of all that we have accomplished. 

Number of Staff

7 office staff (operational team) and 20 non-office (key project support team)
