Plus Asia Jaya (Perak) Sdn Bhd was established in 2009 as a hotel property developer. Helmed by the Chairman Toh Muda Orang Kaya-Kaya Datuk Abdul Wahab Azizul Hassan and driven by Dato’ Loi Kong Yaw as the Chief Executive Officer, the Maritime Museum & Hotel development will be the pioneer project to be undertaken by Plus Asia Jaya (Perak) Sdn Bhd.

With extensive experience in the marine tourism and leisure industry, the management has assembled a leading architectural and construction consulting firm to deliver market leading products for the leisure maritime tourism industry.

A strong project management team has allowed Plus Asia Jaya to not only execute the development of the Maritime Museum & Hotel project but concurrently execute an island resort project off the East Coast of Malaysia in Pulau Acheh.
