During my internship at FGVPM Sahabat 31 plantation, my daily routine involved attending a morning roll call at 5:30 for worker discipline. I also participated in field activities like harvesting, manuring, weeding, and ablation. In the afternoons, I assisted with check rolls and helped mandores with their reports. I also gained knowledge in store management and MSPOs. The challenging aspect of my internship was budget management and understanding different work cultures, particularly with Indonesian and Philippine foreign workers. I particularly enjoyed working with manuring and harvesting due to the care they require.
