I am employed as an operations assistant and my responsibilities include drafting letters as instructed by my boss, managing petty cash claims, monitoring staff overtime, and issuing disciplinary letters to employees with performance issues. The management team is competent, but the work environment could use improvement. The most challenging aspect of my job is addressing performance issues with staff through written communication. One positive aspect of working in this company is the regular ceremonies that are held.

I have gained a lot of knowledge at that place, including learning how to use Autocad and Microsoft Programming. The management is very organized and easy to follow. The boss and colleagues are always willing to help if I am unsure how to complete a task.
