PAVILLION TREASURES LAND AND DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. (***7090-H), is a new integrated property developer, registered in Malaysia. The sole shareholder of our company is Debao property development Ltd. (SGX:K2M), a listed company registered in Singapore.

 

The Debao Property Group is an integrated property developer specialising in the building of quality integrated residential properties and commercial properties in the PRC. Over the years, it have built a strong presence and brand name in developing quality integrated residential and commercial property developments within China, which are mainly large-scale and multi-phased projects.

 

Our company is going to develop two large-scale integrated property project  at the central of Kuala Lumpur. At the meanwile,  we are  planing to develop more large-scale commercial or residential  property in Malaysia.
