Parkwood Developments Sdn Bhd 简介

Parkwood Developments Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amalgamated Industrial Steel Berhad (AISB), a public listed company on the Main Market of Bursa Securities (Stock Code: 2682) with its core business in the trading of steel-related products, property development, and property investment. Parkwood is the latest extension of the storied heritage of Amalgamated Industrial Steel Sdn. Bhd. (AIS), founded on 20th November 1969 as a pioneer manufacturer of steel pipes in Malaysia, and commenced operations in 1971. Following its steady growth and success, AIS was converted into a public listed company, Amalgamated Industrial Steel Berhad (AISB) on 10 December 1974. It was a prelude to another milestone when it obtained a listing on the Main Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on 28 June 1983. More recently, AISB divested its manufacturing operations and began focusing on the trading of steel-related products, property investment, and, of course, property development – which is where the Parkwood story begins.
