Despite the busy and somewhat stressful workload, I find enjoyment in working with friends and patients. I have gained valuable knowledge in improving my venipuncture technique and have learned new ways to interact with patients and customers. The management provides numerous opportunities for career development and growth. However, I believe that my colleagues lack teamwork skills. The most rewarding aspect of my job is overcoming challenges in accessing difficult veins and being the problem solver in those situations.
