Pan Concept Technology Sdn Bhd 简介

Pan Concept Technology (PCT) is a leading manufacturer of vacuum-formed products in Malaysia. Established since 1999, we are specialist in manufacturing plastic parts by utilising vacuum forming and robotic cutting technology.

The machineries that we use are brought in from Germany (KIEFEL, iLLiG), Italy (Rigo), Japan (Asano), Taiwan (KMC) and Switzerland (ABB). With these advanced and high performance machineries, we are proud to claim that the products we manufacture are of the highest quality.

Our main products are automotive plastic parts consist of door visor, bodykits, boot/luggage tray, fender liner/splash shield, bedliner, roof box, tonneau cover, etc. Besides automotive products, we also manufacture custom-made parts for other industries like refrigeration, aerospace, shipbuilding, construction, advertising, etc.

We have been supplying to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for more than a decade. Our main clients consist of Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Proton and Perodua. Due to high demands for our high quality products, prompt customer services, on-time delivery and affordable prices, we are constantly improving ourselves to meet above customer’s requirements.

The materials that we use for production are of international standard consist of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Acrylic (PMMA), Polyethylene (PE), Polystyrene (PS), etc.

Our sister company, Automont Gatsby is the leading door visor manufacturer in Malaysia. Established since 1989, the company is famous for their copyrighted round and rib design of door visor.
