PAD & Co Ltd is a construction company founded by Philippe Hao Thyn Voon in 1976 and incorporated in 1987. The early years of the company was dedicated to the construction of underground utility pipelines, electrical power network upon which we have built and developed the competitiveness and reputation of our organisation. The concerted effort from all the employees of the company has allowed us to sustain consistent and steady growth for the company.In line with our corporate philosophy, which aims at innovation and achieving excellence, we are presently registered as a Grade A Contractor for Building and Civil Engineering works. Moreover, we have been certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards in 2002.Our fully documented management system, which enhances customer’s satisfaction by providing quality assured services, has enabled us to achieve recently nationally important projects such as the construction of Cybercity Tower II, Thermal Power Stations in St Louis & Rodrigues, Governmental Housing Units and Schools and Utility underground networks all over the island.PAD & Co’s vision for the future is growth based on vertical integration coupled with a number of laterally integrated considerations such as health, safety and welfare for our workers (800) and the public at large, social accountability and respect of the environment.
