Each day at Pacific Engineering is packed with engaging tasks and opportunities. There is a constant flow of work, and employees have the flexibility to move between production departments to find new tasks when their assigned department is low on work. Collaboration and safety are emphasized, and employees gain valuable experience in managing large projects such as commercial heat pump and hybrid rooftop solar systems. Despite being offered a permanent position after my internship, I was unable to accept due to the impending expiration of my visa and passport.
