Overseas Manufacturing (Johor) Sdn Bhd (OMJ) was incorporated in March 1992 and began operation in the same year. It was set up as a subsidiary company of Overseas Technical Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd, a Japanese owned company which was incorporated in Singapore in 1977. In April 2006, it has become a member of the Dialog Group Berhad, a public listed company in Bursa Malaysia. The company's main business is in design, engineering, fabrication, and construction of oil, gas and petrochemical related industries, focusing on the on shore activities. OMJ owns a fabrication facility located at Tebrau Industrial Estate I, Johor Bahru consisting of approx. 2.5 acres of open land with a 28,000sq.ft covered factory and office. OMJ provides fabrication facilities for the group. In Malaysia OMJ's main clients have been Petronas, BP Malaysia, Exxon Mobil, Monsanto, Mitsui, Sumitomo, And overseas clients in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Middle East.
