Oriental Metal Industries (M) Sdn Bhd 简介

Oriental Metal industries (M) Sdn Bhd (OMI) started as a SME vendor that commenced operations in 1985 with the assistance of Central Motor Wheel Company Ltd., who is a subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation. Today, OMI is fully run by competent locals as LSI vendor that serves about 85% of the Malaysian Automotive Industry.

In 1996, OMI implemented full manufacturing facility for steel wheel and at the same time, an opportunity was given for it to venture into wheel assembly module business. In 2013, OMI expanded its business in manufacturing of high quality alloy wheels. With a staff power of more than 200, an increase production capacity of 1 million wheels per year and housed at a 21,450meter square plant in Malaysia, OMI Alloy (M) Sdn. Bhd. is set to become the best brand in original equipment manufacturer of allloy wheels in the region.

Our quest for continous improvement in quality has led us to upgrade our quality system to TS *6949 and ISO 14001 & OHSAS.
