The company was incorporated in 1983 under the Companies Act 1965 and commenced operation immediately thereafter.  It provides corporate secretarial, accounting, taxation and management consultancy services to privite limited companies, partnership, sole proprietorship, societies and others non-profit making organisation.  It is currently owned and managed  by a Chartered Secretary who acts as Company Secretary to many private limited companies. As company secretary he maintains, guides and gives advices to the members of the Board of Directors of companies in corporate statutory compliance.  He is also an approved Tax Agent by the MOF since 1996 assisting clients in all tax matters.  

 

The company is in the unique position to realize that many of its clients are in the SME (small and medium enterprises) category.  It anticipates the many challenges that these SMEs will face in the light of keen competition from domestic and beyond t he border.  With the right staffing the company hopes to value-add the current scope of services by enhancing the clients' competitiveness through widers exposure to internet technology.
