My employer is giving me the opportunity to learn additional tasks in order to take over her responsibilities when she is promoted to assistant account manager. By being willing to learn more jobs, I am gaining valuable experience. My ultimate goal is to become an account manager and oversee my team with a positive attitude, ensuring they effectively manage their own work. I plan to hold monthly meetings with the accounting department to stay organized and on track.
