What the role looks like:

You’ll work directly with our sales, consultants, tech teams, and global partners to craft and execute marketing efforts that don’t feel like “just another campaign.” You’ll help us connect with the right audience—L&D professionals, HR leaders, and decision-makers—through thoughtful, value-driven messaging.

Your day-to-day might look like this:

· Plan, execute, and manage long-term marketing activities, either digitally or on-the-ground

· Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, content marketing, etc.)

· Curate and create content—blogs, case studies, newsletters, social posts, video scripts

· Make sure visuals and messages are on-brand and impactful

· Track analytics and engagement metrics, and refine strategies based on real data

· Coordinate with our consultants to spotlight client success stories and insights

· Coordinate with our global partners on the annual G.T.M, marketing materials, events, etc.

· Bring new ideas to the table, challenge the status quo, and just be a curious human

· Plan, execute, and manage quarterly on-the-ground events

What we’re looking for:

Let’s keep it real—we don’t expect you to know everything, but these are things we’d love you to bring to the team:

· • 2–5 years of experience in marketing (B2B/SaaS/L&D is a big bonus)

· • Solid copywriting skills, especially in English

· • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, and Canva

· • Strong sense of visual and verbal storytelling—good vibes, good fonts, good flow

· • Comfort in juggling multiple projects and working cross-functionally

· • A curious, proactive, empathetic approach to communication, and most importantly, resourceful.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
