New Century Brothers Sdn Bhd (NCB) is a Project Management and Engineering consultancy company,which is affiliated with Perunding CSS since it’s established in February 2012 by engineers who possess 18 years of professional experience in the development project management field. NCB’s range of expertise cover commercial, industrial, residential buildings, civil infrastructures and government. The Director Dato’ Ir Paul Lee is registered as professional engineer with the Boards of Engineers, Malaysia
