NBI Holding Sdn Bhd is a direct marketing arm for North Bengal International (NBI).

NBI was established in 1992 at Dhaka, Bangladesh to provide a channel for the organized outflow of Bangladesh manpower to the Middle East. The sudden upsurge in the economic activity of that region th rough discovery of oil and subsequent development of commerce and industry gave further boost to the NBI philosophy. We realized that despite the numerous recruitment agencies in Bangladesh, there was a need for professionally managed recruitment agency and that the need was urgent. It is this very concern that brought NBI into existence.
