We are known as YesHello, which is an SAAS company. We help clients to improve their customer service team through simple, self-served SAAS products. Our company was founded by our CEO, Carliff Rizal Carleel in 2017 as Chatbot Malaysia and rebranded in 2020, during the pandemic as YesHello.
