Vas Aero was incorporated on 1st June 2001 as a Private Limited company under the Companies Registration Act 1965 upon taking over the business operation of Valencia Aviation Services (a partnership business entity registered with Registrar of Business). Vas Aviation Services' incorporation into Vas Aero Malaysia Sdn Bhd was deemed necessary as advised by the Ministry of Defense.

Vas Aero was earlier established to provide the Royal Malaysian Air Force a high quality, traceable after market aircraft parts at a reasonable cost. As Vas Aero develops its marketing and strategic agreement with aircrafts and parts manufacturers in Europe and USA, we have managed to expand our market to the civilian aviation industry and other Air Force units in South East Asian countries.
