We are a successful advertising agency currently expanding our business. We are looking for capable candidates to fill the following position.

marketing/ account servising

Requirements:

-Possess a Diploma/Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass - Communication or its equivalent.

-Minimum 1-2 years working experience in agency environment.

Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

-Good presentation and analytical skills.

-Meticulous with a strong attention to detail and quality.

-Possess good interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels.

-Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

-Must have a positive working attitude and the ability to multitask.

-Excellent PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-Willing to work long hours and possess own transport.

Tasks typically include:

• reporting to the Project Manager;

• briefing other team members, such as creative teams and production departments;

• liaising with clients, other team members and external suppliers of goods and services;

• researching ideas, clients and markets;

• attending meetings and sharing ideas at brainstorming sessions, reporting back details of discussions;

• monitoring the progress of work and producing status reports;

• costing supplies and projects;

• compiling budgets;

• maintaining information on projects and clients;

• assisting in the preparation of presentations to clients;

• carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
