The atmosphere was very friendly and encouraging, with everyone willing to offer assistance and support. I gained a greater sense of patience and empathy, realizing that people have diverse backgrounds and perspectives. The most challenging aspect of the job was balancing discipline with maintaining positive relationships, being both a friend and an authority figure. The pleasant weather and the opportunity to play football after school were highlights of the experience.
