In the Maldives we are expanding by contracting. In 2011 we have successfully completed contracts for the construction of 7 harbours and the coastal protection of 4 islands. We presently have 3 ongoing contracts for the construction of 4 more harbours and as lowest bidder on recent tenders there is more to come.

 

To continue our success and strengthen our team, we have the need for a Production Manager to support the Project Manager by taking responsibility for the overall planning of site works, time plans and progress of the production.  The expatriation period will be a minimum of 1 year and you will be offered permanent employment in MT Højgaard.

 

Previous marine experience would be advantageous; however is not a pre-requisite of the job as knowledge of reinforced concrete and earthworks can be adapted to quay wall, breakwater and dredging operations associated with our primary harbour construction business. 

 

Working for Marine Works International you will be part of the business unit Civil Engineering that handles civil works with core competencies within, marine structures, roads, bridges, tunnels, water supply and treatment among others.
