Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd (PERODUA), was established in 1993. In Malaysia Perodua is second automobile manufacturer which is after Proton. MKS Auto Sdn Bhd is the appointed authorised dealer. It was incorporated on 10 August 1999. It has been under the management of Ms Estephanee since incorporation.
