uF076 Protect personnel, property, premises and proprietary information against fire, accident, theft, damage, trespass and vandalism.
uF076 Permit only authorized persons, to enter the premises and maintain proper control of visitors and contractors especially after normal working hours.
uF076 Respond to all emergencies, record all unusual incidences in log book and promptly notify the relevant authorized personnel.
uF076 Enforce all safety and security regulations.
uF076 Be thoroughly familiar with the premises and all vital facilities.
uF076 Know locations and operations of all internal fire alarm systems, inclusive of fire fighting procedures.
uF076 Report all building hazards and malfunctions to relevant authorized pass and operations of all internal fire.
uF076 Ensure there is no solo citing within premises.
uF076 Ensure a smooth floor of vehicles within the various levels of car parks and security therein.
uF076 Protects all facilities within, as well as supervise building access and facility inspections tours.
