Merit Composites Sdn Bhd is involved in offshore pipeline repairs, with a primary focus on serving the Oil & Gas industry through innovative and effective repair systems. Based near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Merit Composites Sdn Bhd specializes in the design, manufacturing and installation of pipeline strengthening and protection systems for offshore risers and subsea pipeline.

 

Over 40 repair sleeves of various sizes and diameters, ranging from 4” to 50”, have been successfully installed on gas and crude oil pipelines. Throughout the installation process, all pipelines remained in service and no shutdowns were required, ensuring undisturbed production operations. Under direct communication with the end-user, Merit Composites Sdn Bhd has also provided further technical assistance, inspection and certification of each Epoxy Sleeve repair installation.
