Safety Officer

The working hours are extensive, beginning at 0700 and ending at 1800 daily from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, work is from 0700 to 1600. Sunday work is optional and can be taken as leave instead. Safety is a top priority for management, and no work can commence until it is endorsed as safe. I have gained valuable knowledge in safety and health risk management, procedures, and implementation. In the fast-paced construction industry, the workplace culture is constantly evolving and challenging due to high turnover rates and communication barriers among workers of different nationalities. The most rewarding aspect is when there are no incidents or accidents, and a high number of manhours are achieved without lost time injuries.
