Malaysian Golf Association 简介

 The Malaysian Golf Association or MGA in short is the governing body of golf in Malaysia. MGA was formed in 1929. MGA is responsible to develop the game of golf in the country along with other professionals in the industry. MGA is also tasked to develop and train national players to represent Malaysia in the regional and international circuits.

Established in 1929, MGA is one of the oldest golf association in the world. It's affiliated to the R&A, USGA and the International Golf Federation.

MGA's main task is to develop the game of golf in the country. It has several big portfolios that are headed by a list of committed volunteers who are the Committee of MGA that runs the association. The portfolios are National Team Management, National Junior Development Program, National Handicapping System, Competitions & Rules, Course & Slope Rating, Amateur Status and many others.

Its financial is very healthy. It's one of the well-managed sport associations in the country.
