1. Full Set Account Management

Assist in managing the company's entire set of financial accounts to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. Duties include overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger entries, and comprehensive financial reporting.

2. Monthly and Annual Account Closing

Execute monthly and yearly account closing procedures by preparing essential financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and address any discrepancies to produce accurate financial reports for management.

3. Compliance with Accounting and Finance Policies

Uphold the company’s accounting and finance policies, ensuring that all financial activities align with organizational and regulatory standards. This includes secure handling of confidential financial data and reporting any compliance concerns as they arise.

4. Adherence to Accounting Processes and Guidelines

Follow and maintain established accounting and finance processes to support efficient and compliant operations. Assist in refining procedures as necessary and ensure that documentation meets industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

5. Implementation of Financial Strategies and Initiatives

Collaborate with the finance department to support the roll-out of financial strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing financial performance, managing costs, and promoting overall financial health within the organization.

6. Identify and Address Training Needs of Subordinates

Assess and identify training requirements for junior team members in areas like accounting practices, software usage, and compliance standards. Facilitate or recommend appropriate training programs to foster skills development and maintain team competency.

7. Total Management System and ISO Management Compliance

Play an active role in implementing and sustaining the Total Management System (TMS) and ISO Management System within the company. Ensure that all accounting and finance procedures align with TMS and ISO standards to support organizational quality and operational efficiency.

8. Other Responsibilities Assigned by Management

Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors, including contributing to special projects, conducting internal audits, or providing financial support to other departments as necessary.
