COVID 19 has impacted everyone in this World.  The Corona pandemic is likely to affect the Indian economy the most in the next 6 to 12 months. After that, one expects the Indian economy to turnaround and the chances are there that it may enter into an equally unprecedented boom in business & hiring. However, there will be a massive paradigm shift. Business Models would undergo a sea change to reduce costs. 'Work from Home' (WFH) would become the new Normal; many fixed salaried jobs will migrate to NO or LOW fixed Salary brackets but with a stable & high result-oriented income. People may earn much more than their fixed salaries.  All of us, including those in the Recruitment Profession, have to prepare themselves now to face the new business challenges.
