Credit Management & Debt Recovery

• Manage accounts in the Debt Manager to control flow through and to achieve the targeted delinquencies and recoveries

• Assist to negotiate for settlement / installment plan and handle difficult customers

• Managing and obtaining approval for composite settlement or installment plan

• Execute collection strategy to accelerate recovery

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Responsibilities

* To call and negotiate with customers to make payment

* To manage the performance of recovery on Client's delinquent account

* Call customer to remind them of pass due payments

* Clarify with customer on non-payment issues

* Work with customer to solve payment problem and make workable repayment arrangements

* Follow up on broken promises to pay

* Achieve the collections target set

Qualifications and Skills

Job Requirements

Requirements:

* SPM , STPM

* Fresh Graduate min Diploma or Degree

* Strong communication skills, especially English and Bahasa Melayu

* Good interpersonal skills

* Good Incentive payout from RM500 - RM2,800 monthly (Excluding Basic Salary)
