We also have experience in preparing legal documentation of loans granted by various banks and financial institutions to purchasers of real properties and for trade financing.

 

In corporate, we have experience in handling matters involving agency and distribution agreement, shareholders agreement, sale and purchase of shares, joint venture both in Malaysia and the People's Republic of China, settlement of claims, sale and purchase of timber, corporate tenancy, sharing of telecommunication facilities, roaming agreement, investment agreement (venture capitalist), sale and purchase and installation of telecommunications equipment, provision of telecommunications service agreement.
