Laitram Machinery, Inc., a division of Laitram, L.L.C. (www.laitram.com), is looking for a highly technical and organized self-starter to provide technical and account management support to maintain and grow business in Malaysia and Pacific Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting existing accounts through technical and proactive communication with customers in order to develop stronger business relationships. This individual will provide technical support relating to in-field product testing, sales orders, installation, product recommendations, and troubleshooting of our equipment to identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions to customers.

 

The successful candidate will operate out of a home-office located in KL/Penang, and will report to the Customer Service Manager, who is based at the company headquarters in Harahan, Louisiana, USA.
