JAE Construction Sdn. Bhd.  ***1375-H (JAECSB) was incorporated under the name of L&L Mega Construction Sdn. Bhd. ***6737-M (LLMCSB) on 11th February 2015 as a private limited company. The purpose of JAECSB  forming is to establish the perform of building construction and infrastructure works ranging from residential landed properties, walk-up and high rise apartments, community and commercial buildings meanwhile LLMCSB established itself as a specialist high-rise contractor. 

 

Focusing on its strength in building construction, JAECSB has grown and established itself as a reputable and reliable building works contractor. Over the years of sheer determination from the board of directors and its dedicated staffs, JAECSB eventually obtained certification from CIDB as a certified G5 contractor on 8 Sept 2016. This achievement has served as a catalyst for the company to strive for greater heights and goals.

 

 To date, JAECSB has successfully tendered and executing projects worth RM 16 million in labour only for the year 2016 (excluding the completed projects by LLMCSB. worth over RM50mil-labour only years ranging from 2012- to date). The company’s ability to perform building construction and infrastructure works ranging from residential landed properties, walk-up and high rise apartments, community and commercial buildings, and infrastructure works is due to its committed staffs and the strong leadership qualities by the Board of Directors, led by Mr. Jason Lee, Mr. PC. Eng and Mr. Albert Lee.

 

 In view of the challenges faced in the localized construction industry in Johor Bahru, JAECSB has gone a step further by pushing through boundaries and set up a branch office in Johor Bahru. This move has open up unlimited job opportunities in Southern Region and to date, its branch has contributed RM 15 million worth of project value to the company turnover.

 

 Equipped with the experiences accumulated through the years as a sub-contractor, JAECSB has finally ventured into main building structure contractor industry. With the support of a dedicated project and administration team and a clear vision from the Board of Directors, JAECSB has come of age to be the leading of into main building structure contractor.
