中心的宗旨和目标

1.To provide learning opportunities to children with developmental delays or learning difficulties so that they may achieve their full potential. 提供0-6岁智力发展缓慢，有学习困难或障碍的孩童学习的机会，好让他们发挥所有的潜能。

2.To prepare these children for integration into mainstream kindergartens and primary schools. 推广融合教育的理念，预备孩童融入正式的幼稚园和小学

3.To encourage family involvement in the education and development of their children with special needs by equipping them with essential skills and knowledge. 鼓励家人善用中心提供的基本知识和技能，用以了解孩童的发展状况，并正确和积极的教导孩童。

4.To offer practical, emotional and spiritual support to the families who participate in the programme. 提供参加课程的家庭有关教导、情绪和灵性方面的支持。

5.To raise public awareness about children with special needs and the necessity of their full integration and participation in the society. 提高公众对特殊需求孩童的认识，并对他们的需要和融入社区的重要性更具醒觉。
