As a former Physiotherapist, I often saw the same patients repeatedly for treatment, not just one case but several referred by the Ortho Specialist. I continuously learned new treatments and technologies from suppliers and senior staff. The management at KPJ Kajang was excellent, always striving to meet targets. The workplace culture was enjoyable and allowed for freedom. The most challenging aspect of the job was when treatment did not show improvement despite creative thinking. The most enjoyable part was working with a supportive and helpful team of nurses and doctors in the ward.
