Having strong teamwork and supporting each other is essential. While it may be challenging initially, things improve over time. The work environment is pleasant and the production is continuous. It is important to quickly learn new skills like GD&T dimensioning. It is fortunate to have the opportunity to learn CMM skills at KK Metal. The bosses are friendly and helpful. Learning how to handle PPRs, NCRs, and attending customer meetings is crucial. Visiting customers to address part complaints and engage in discussions is also part of the job.
