Kimanis O&M Sdn. Bhd. (KOMSB) is the operator and maintenance company of a 300MW gas-fired combined cycle power plant located in Kimanis, Papar, Sabah. KOMSB is another partner of Yayasan Sabah Group’s wholly-owned NRG Consortium (Sabah) Sdn Bhd in the Kimanis Power Plant Project and it is a joint venture with PETRONAS Gas Berhad on a 40:60 share equity ratio
