During the pandemic, the company covered all staff members' COVID-19 claims for tests such as RTPCR and RTK. Employees were also paid during quarantine periods and the HR Team helped with submitting claims to Perkeso, with some receiving up to RM800. The HR Manager personally contacted staff who tested positive and offered assistance. The Management was supportive and willing to help in any way possible. Despite leaving KBJ due to a relocation opportunity, the former employee stays in touch with retail staff who report that the HR and Management continue to treat everyone well.

I have been given a lot of responsibilities in my role, but I am excited to learn and experience new things that I have not encountered before. My manager has taught me valuable problem-solving skills in creative ways. I enjoy working with my colleagues, as we have fun and joke around while working hard together. The feeling of accomplishment after completing a project is rewarding. Despite joining during the Covid-19 pandemic, I am grateful that the company has not laid off any staff and continues to pay us on time, showing that they care for their employees. While there are many unexpected tasks in the retail industry, I understand that it is just part of the job.
