KAF Group is a well-diversified financial services company which provides services in the areas of money market, fund management, stockbroking, investment banking, research and trustee services. It is operated through four main subsidiaries, KAF Investment, KAF Seagroatt & Campbell Berhad, KAF Investment Funds and KAF Trustee Berhad. Since the completion of Bank Negara Malaysiau2019s (BNM) financial sector rationalisation exercise in 2006, all discount houses in Malaysia ceased operations and were absorbed by merchant banks within their banking group. Subsequently on December 26, 2006, KAF Discounts Berhad obtained an investment banking licence from the Minister of Finance and became an investment bank.
