About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Tour Management Officer to join JTA Tours (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. 

What you'll be doing

• Tour arrangement - Hotel accommodation, Transportation, Tour guide for Japanese Customer
• Communicate with agents in Japan (hotel reservations and other inquiries)
• Communicate with Hotel, Restaurant, Transportation, Guide in Malaysia
• Prepare of tour arrival - Tour Assignment
• Recommendation of Malaysia product to the Japan agent.
   

What we're looking for

• Min SPM, Preferably Entry Level specialized in Hotel management / Tourism Services or equivalant.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English, Prefer Japanese (N2-N5). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to learn & hardworking.

• Able to work humbly and proactively.
